The date for the 2024 neighborhood garage sale is April 13, 2024. Plan to participate in this event. Signs will be hung at the neighborhood entrances.

This is a great opportunity to meet other neighbors, get good bargains, and sell unneeded items such as clothes, furniture, and other household goods. Our covenants allow for a maximum of one garage sale per household per year and this coordinated sale is a nice way to have your garage sale included in the advertising of the large neighborhood sale.
